Can you do a special deal on postage for more than 1 book? |

Sadly at present we cannot reduce postage on orders. Amazon Marketplace is structured with a fixed cost per book which is out of our control. |

Can I buy direct or collect from yourselves? |

At present we mainly sell online via Amazon Marketplace. We do plan another go at opening a bookshop in our hometown Southport next year. We can accept bulk orders of over 100 titles if you have not been able to find a satisfactory price on this site - please click here for more information. |

I bought a book but need to cancel, how can this be done?

In two ways, if the purchase has only just been made please email us (use the "contact us" link above) and we will cancel it before dispatch. Please include your order number for efficient handling of the request. In the event that you are cancelling more than 24 hours after ordering it may need to be returned here once it arrives with you. |

All orders received by 12pm are processed the same day Monday to Saturday. We have 2 specified delivery times on our listings 2-3 days & 4-5 working days. In the event that a book is urgently needed please do feel free to get in touch - we have noticed the post being a little erratic lately especially in London and internationally Ireland, Italy & the Netherlands seem to be experiencing delays by their respective national carriers.
Please do get in touch if you are concerned by a delay.
